Hi, I’m Selen! I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, born in the Mediterranean and now based in Miami.
In 2021, I earned my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and founded Holistika Nutrition—a space dedicated to helping people create balance and thrive through food and lifestyle. I’m also currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health, deepening my knowledge so I can bring the latest evidence-based practices to my clients.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from around the world in optimizing their diets, achieving a healthy weight, and improving gut and hormonal health.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness that honors the mind–body connection. When one area of life is out of balance, it often spills into others. For example, does stress at work or in your relationships lead you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy keep you from exercising? Together, we’ll explore how all aspects of your life are connected and how they influence your overall well-being.
Most approaches to nutrition focus only on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of restrictions or rigid rules, I guide my clients through small, sustainable improvements. Over time, these small shifts add up—creating meaningful, lasting change that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. We’ll focus on the areas you want to improve, within the reality of your unique circumstances.
My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can clarify your goals, uncover what’s holding you back, and tune into your body’s needs. As you start noticing patterns in your habits, thoughts, and feelings, you’ll gain deeper insight into the root causes of what’s been keeping you stuck.
