Hi there! I'm Selen Yalcin.
I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I was raised with the Mediterranean diet in Turkey. After moving to the US, I struggled a lot with the unhealthy food culture. Experiencing both ends of the spectrum helped me realize food's profound impact on daily energy, mood, and overall well-being.
In 2021, I quit my full-time role as a Digital Marketing Director at an agency and pursue my passion for health and wellness. I obtained my Health Coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In the same year, I founded Holistika Nutrition.
Since then, I've helped many people around the world eat healthier, improve their gut health, and hormone balance, lose weight, and boost their energy and confidence.
